To place an order with CLAWA, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by bank acceptable to us.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out.

You will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. The ship out of products will take place approximately a month after you have successfully paid for the pre-order order. If your order includes other products, they will all be shipped out separately in approximately 1 week; however, CLAWA reserves all rights prior to the delivery. In order to minimize scalper activities, delivery address of pre-order orders cannot be changed. Please confirm the details of your delivery address, as it cannot be changed after submission.

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have specifically authorized by the owner to use it.

We will take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site are processed using SenangPay, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment.

In addition, we will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any date you provide when accessing or ordering from our site

Vouchers provide to you are non-transferable. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. If you return an item which you have used a voucher on, you will not get a replacement voucher as vouchers are for one time use only.

Kindly take note that we will process and send out all orders within 48 hours after payment is received. Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

How long does delivery takes?
Local delivery via express delivery will take 1 – 3 working days. International delivery will take 3 – 5 working days. For Pre-Order delivery will take 4 – 7 weeks . You will receive an update on the delivery status of your order.



Shipping Information
All orders that have been paid today before 2 pm will be sent to you the next day via PosLaju , City Link or SF Express. Orders that made on Friday 2 pm until Sunday will only be shipped on Monday of the following week. We provide both local and international shipping.

International Shipping
We provide international shipping via PosLaju our national express courier service or Pos Malaysia our national courier service or City Link or SF Express.

Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email or WhatsApp once order has been processed.

How do I place an order?
If you want to purchase something in this CLAWA website, please follow these steps:
1. Click on any product. It will bring you to product detail page.
2. Choose product size and the quantity you want to purchase. Then click the ADD TO CART button.
3. After clicking the ADD TO CART button, you can click the shopping cart link to view your shopping cart summary page.
4. If you want to purchase more items, click CONTINUE SHOPPING. If you have finished shopping, click the CHECKOUT button.
5. Click the CHECKOUT button to finalise your order. It will bring you to the Checkout Page.
6. If you’re a new customer, we suggested you register an account with us to get updated with your order’s status and you can keep track of the orders you have previously made. To do that, choose Create Account. If you already created an account, you may simply login by choosing I have a Store Account.
7. Once you have finished filling in the required particulars for the Billing Address section, tick to agree to the terms & conditions and click the PLACE ORDER button to confirm your order.
8. You will immediately receive an email confirming your order with an invoice with all involved costs. If you pay using Direct Bank Transfer and you have made payment, please inform us by filling up the Payment Notification Form.
9. We will process your order as soon as we received payment. It might take 48 hours to process & ship your item.

Do you restock items?
Some items are restock able. Whenever we get a restock, we will usually announce it in our newsletter and update our BACK IN STOCK tab, so it’s good to check frequently.

Unfortunately, we are unable to do so. Sorry We usually announce restocked items in our Instagram, so don’t forget to subscribe and check frequently!
